So Craft Fair Mania this month.  Did well at Terry Fox, will definatly be going back next year!

Working like a mad woman to get the last bit of new stuff done, and some special orders, I did a few Vaders and working on a Boba Fett.

For new this year, I've done Sulley and Mike from Monsters Inc. as well as the yellow bird from angry birds and some Minecraft stuff.  I didn't get pictures of any of that yet, probably in the next couple days when the rush is over I'll re-post.

The fairs are over for now, I'm kindof sad but glad at the same time.  That was a lot of work.  I did 4 weeks in a row.  I wasn't prepared so I started my stock at the end of October and have been going since.  Its like working 6 days a week, and doing all my weekly housework which around here you're not allowed to neglect.  Haha, I'm glad for it tho, makes for a clean house, and seeing as I have allergies, its good for me.

Our last fair was at Forest Grove Elementry, which was a great success. Praise God.  I think I'll get my own table next year if I'm able.

So, its been a while, here are some things that I have been doing.


Since I no longer have a printer/scanner, most of my stuff is still in my sketchbook.  However I have been playing a LOT lately with the SHIN HAN Markers and Sculpey/Fimo at local craft fairs.  So I'm posting the Fimo stuff and I'll have to get to the paintings another time.  

I have been rather uninspired for digital paintings these days and have gone back to good ole manual labour.  'You want a colour, make it yourself'  However frustrating at times and VERY time consuming, its therapeutic and I've enjoyed it.  I've actually suprised myself.

And June approaches, crazy to think that I've been at this job for 7 months now! I think i deserve a permanent position now CUPE! hehe here's for hoping in Sept at the June meeting.  To be honest I'm really liking the different schools all the time thing!  but I'd really like to help these kids, i need one that i can just pour all my resources into.

I've learned a lot about myself recently... its interesting how your perspective can change when your head is turned in the right direction.. "Love is not Love, if you don't know what Love is"  <<-- changed my life o.0

onto the arts::

I finally got ONE of my artbooks in the mail, ONE you say? yes that's what i said also!, WHY only ONE?, where's the other ONE?! the one that I REALLY wanted??? out of stock they say... I have to wait they say... don't they know that I'm not good at waiting? My 'How To Train Your Dragon artbook' that I ordered off Amazon has been places on hold indefinitely.. they say by the end of June but its only a guess... *sigh* I really wanted to do some fanart..

All my previous projects are still waiting for me.. my art streak has ended my inspiration gone.. i have to wait till it comes back..
i still have 3 projects I HAVE to finish.. one for my best GF who just had a baby, one for another close friend of mine, AND.. i can't remember the last >< i know there's 3... I'll check later...

OH YES, and I've been so busy I haven't been around to my THANKS' so THANKS!!

Workin on LOTS right now, I had a really busy weekend with life stuffs.. tired changed/shopping/Mothers Day, but now everything seems to be in order.  And I still managed to do a few posts.

oh yeah, I pulled out my markers the other day, i think I'll play with them this summer too, i've ALMOST figured them out, nothing good.. but enough to get started ^_^
